Laptopgainz continues to offer excuses why the laptops have not been shipped. The earthquake was understandable. But then shipping delays and then the holiday season caused backlogs. It is now 7 months since i placed the order and no shipment has arrived.
Complaint Summary
I ordered 5 standard laptops 7/31/08 for $375. I stil have not received my computers.
I want a refund of $375 for the laptops i never received and the $89 they charged me for the distributorship which i am not a part of.
