Laptopsforless.com rip off poor customer service will not answer phone

On 2/5/10 I ordered a new tv bulb for my Sony Wega that for a long time has been going darker and darker. I got online to check the prices and found the cheapest at laptops for less. I checked the status of the bulb and noticed it said "In Stock". I ordered the bulb and thats when the fun began. I will let you read the e-mails and make your own decision.By the way, I still have not heard from them again concerning this matter.
