I purchased a plasma-tv from conns in 2006. It end present a great picture in 2008. I still have a 3year warranty in the company that made the merchandise and that i approached the organization. They explained to send it back once again to conns to become fixed and they'd pay conns. To begin with i had been told by conns service-center they woul select the television up (never occurred). So i got it in my own self and as told that it'd take about 3wks to obtain back. A month later i contact the service center simply to learn they never picked it up and can not. I'll never buy something personal from the corporation. Their treatment of consumers informs me which kind of company they are really.
