Will not refund for cancelled orde

Like so many others I visited here only after my encounter with Projector Lamp Center.

14 July: Ordered
17 July: Told order would ship on 21st
24 July: They don't know when order will ship. Order Cancelled. Told refund would appear in 7-10 days.
7 Aug: No refund. Now told all refunds by check only (no reason given) within 30 days.
28 Aug: Charge disputed with American Express.

Avoid Projector Lamp Center. They are at best incompetent and at worse crooks.

I was very satisfied with xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx instead.
