Dealt with a very unprofessional person named Jason. Very arrogant teenager who did not take the time to listen to my problems. This operation is run out of his house apparently, and my computer was gone for 3 weeks. When I received it back I was charged $300 and although the virus problem was fixed, my computer still turns itself off at random. Took the computer to another local repair shop and they replaced the power supply that same day for $70. No problems since.
I would avoid this operation. Jason is a know-it-all that doesn't know-it-all. Age of Computers in South Bend, Indiana is a joke.
