I need a bluetooth and after a review from customer that bought this product on 7/4 and is was good for a few day but after 15 day that would be 7/18 i experience problem namely the "sleep modes" on my bluetooth it will turn it self on and off and because of it i cant make or receive call now the company emerson that make this product they were a good brand and since they make radio and other electronic they must help me after i got the 1 yrs warranty "wrong" they inform me that call bluetooth warranty are handle by "AIT internation" a 3rd unknown party located in brooklyn, ny so i call them and go transfer to tech support and when this person pickup i could not understand one word of what this person saying " male or female " so i ask for a supervisor the person put me on hold after 25 min disconnected
So i call back and ring ring ring so... Since i cant get from emerson so i call j&r cust serv and i explain the whole situation and the told me that in so little word "SOL" so i files a compliant with the nyc bbb after 4 day i call from j&r and i thought they would do the right thing wrong "dead wrong" since i didnt have the package they want to offer me and exchange and i told this lady no this unacceptable and i hang up just furious about the whole situwation and i lied that j&r staff and just to let you know the cellphone section are run by "indian con men and women raghead" and the other staff in this crooked company
