We've a GE Monogram compactor that's been out-of support since January '08. Last Sep we created a brand new home and mounted what we thought were high end Monogram devices throughout our home. Issues with the integral fridge cabinet (their priciest within the monogram point) required five UPS deliveries and 3 repair-service situations to correct. They held delivering the incorrect drawer. We are in possession of a cabinet factory within our loft. The compactor has abeen abigger laugh... First the service-man "identified" the issue n/out actually getting the compactor aside... Many incidents in shipping the part and fundamentally today getting the incorrect component... Leaves us in September with no functioning compactor. Calls for their Customer Relationships people are similarly ridiculous. Their edition of client satisfaction leaves plenty to become preferred... We requested they simply substitute the compactor however they cannot till it is considered irrepairable... So below we're awaiting another component but another service-man that cannot appear to truly repair something... I'd envision GE has invested the same of the new compactor... Therefore we will wait till August 12 to determine when the issue could be mounted... They did atleast present to increase the support guarantee an add'l six months... Cannot say I acquired comfortable and fuzzies from that considering past performance.
