Grill caught fire, will not replace

I recently purchased a grill for my spouse for his birthday September 10th, 24 hours later September 11th it caught fire the line and couplings had leaks therefore the gasoline underneath the grill caught fire. It burnt and melted beneath the grill. We named Sears for repairs, the technican in a sears van and sears standard found our home 24 hours later. He described it'd be 14 days for the components in the future in, but he'd recommend we obtain a fresh grill he explained they'll actually provide it towards the home. Therefore we named Kmart the supervisor was unprofessional and reluctant to assist except he recommended we provide the previous burnt up grill in we clarify it's constructed and it'll unfit in out vehicleis, not his issue he described so we informed him concerning the technican visiting the home the supervisor at Kmart stated have Sears one-source send us a duplicate of the technican's statement, ok. We subsequently named One-Source again they informed us they've no report of the technican being truly a our home!!! And so I am back a block one again, faxing One-Source a duplicate of my Kmart sales reciept. Exactly what a chaos I'll never store Kmart or Sears again. Denise and James Sanders
