My two year old Kenmore Quantum Grill, Model 415.162090 required new grill burners. First, Sears Service arranged for two new burners that would not even fit the grill, and then put me off to central service which was unable to find any replacements. About to junk the grill I stopped in Lowe's and their service personnel had a catalog with the proper replacement parts available in a week's time on order. Needless to say I probably won't buy anything else from Sears.
