My Samsung 46" TV is three weeks old. Already I have lost the picture. I called the warranty company Voyager thru Conn's, I was referred to Samsung warranty service. Guess what, no service tech's available in the Cleburne area. So why did I buy the extended service plan the sales person said was so wonderful, if they do not have the personal available.
I asked Conn's to just replace the malfuction TV with a new one since the warranty service can not do a thing about it. Oh no, they can not get permission from Samsung or Conn's upper management to do the exchange. So know I have a new TV with a pretty pink and lime green picture.
So be ware, after paying for extended warranty, there may not be a service warranty tech in your area. Do not take the sales person word at all.
