I bought a samsung entertainment center 10/23/08 I live out of town so I have to make a 60 mile trip one way. I have had to bring it in to be serviced twice. This time I brought it in on 11/5/10 they told me it would be worked on the next day. I called the service department on 11/16/10 and was informed that it had not been looked at and it would be next week before someone would be able to look at it. I have been trading with Conn's for 30 years because the service WAS very good but that has changed. My next purchase will most likely not be from Conn's because of the service dept. I paid a lot for the extended service warranty looks you got me, however it will not happen again
