After 2 weeks waiting time, finally, Verizon sent technician to my house. He used 2 minutes drop a line from outside of my house then he said installation was done. I paid $60 for installation. Is this what I get? Yes. They will NOT check your phone line unless you pay another $6 per month for the checking service. I wish I never choosen Virzon. I am so disappointed with this company.
