Over Charge - Megaphone - Did You Buy it? I didnt either. Have it removed! Nationwide

I canceled my T-Mobile Sevice in March. Honestly, I dont look at my bill.

I was on a flat rate that I never exceded. My bill was always about the same,
After I canceled my service, 2 months later, I got a bill for $5.99.
I called and they said it was for Megaphone.

What the hell is Megaphone and why am I paying for it, after I canceled. Megaphone allows you to 3 RingTones a month FREE!!!

Free??? It is $5.99 per month. I guess that is close to free. But the fact is, i NEVER ordered it. She looked it up and said I had been paying for it since October last year.

I asked her how many times I downloaded a ring tone, she said NONE!!! Then why was I being charged? Becasue it was on the bill, she said. Huh???

But I dont think I ordered it. Look, i am a boring 50 year old. I dont use additional ring tones, like a teenager. She took off ONE of the 9 charges, becasue I should not have been charged after my phone was canceled in March. Why was I charged at all?

Again, because it was on the bill. Oh. That almost makes sense.
I was RIPPED OFF for $5.99 x 9 months. Oh well. She said she could not refund anything more than 60 days.

So, why dont you take off 2 charges. Because I was 3 days past my 60 days in reporting this.
