Mobile Communications - charged my credit card even though I did not authorize it ripoff

I went on the internet and downloaded (one time) a few "free" ringtones with a ten day period for cancelling an account that would start charging me on my credit card unless I sent them a STOP order before the end of the ten days. I text messaged them the STOP order before the ten days.

They started charging me and have kept on even though I have never downloaded anymore ring tones, sent the STOP order within the required timeframe and do not want their service. Furthermore, I do not know the name of their web site, their address or phone number as it is not the same as the name on my credit card bill.

To make it worse, my credit card company won't give me the contact information so I can get these charges off my bill. So, I have to dispute them every month!

At this point, I am not even sure they are the company I got the free ringtones from since the name isn't the same!
