Billed for Cable That Has Not Worked for a Month

I signed up with Comcast to include all the ON DEMAND as well as Howard On Demand and Internet... My cable is always messed up!!! Never works I have had to switch boxes 3 times now it hasn't worked in a month and they still bill you!!!

The internet is SLOW. Customer Service sucks they don't keep appointments I hate this company filing a lawsuit to get my money back!
