Comcast sucks. After the 2 month process of getting my cable and internet was finally turned on i was told i would have to pay the 150 dollar installation fee that i was told was going to be waived! I have been calling this lady at comcast sonya * every time i talk to this lady i think that she is having a party or has kids running around everywhere and end up being put on hold for 5 to 10 minutes sometimes even more! The only reason i still have them is because they are the only cable provider in these apartments. Comcast customer service sucks their technicians suck i hate everything about them and hope they go bankrupt or the government does some kind of investigation on them. Something needs to be done to stop these horrible people.
