I am now a FORMER BestBuy customer because they charged me a 29.00 late fee because my online payment posted 1 day after the due date because they dont accept payments on the weekends.
I made the online payment on Thursday, June 5th and my due date was June 8th. Because the 8th was a Sunday, the payment didn't post til Monday the 9th.
The first customer service rep I spoke to told me they would not remove the late fee because I had a previous charge removed a year ago.
I pay all my bills online and have never had this happen. Alll the other bills I pay are posted the same day or the next day.
I wonder how many other customers are being ripped off by BestBuy's scumbag tactics
