I received a 37" LCD TV for Xmas in 2006. It quit working in August. Per their instructions I returned the TV. I can not count the number of calls I have made since then and I would hate to count the number of hours I have spent. I am sure this is why my blood pressure is so high! Always the same answer. They did not have any TV's in stock to replace my TV. Today I received bankruptcy papers in the mail for SpectronIQ and Protron. Luckily I get to file a claim... Yeah more paperwork! Probably a waste of time. Likely will not see any money or TV.
If anyone out there has this product or any of their products "Kiss your money goodbye"! I also have their DVD player and it recently quit working.
