GR Frequencies in IL - I placed an order on 6/2 - website says they ship the items UPS to the East Coast in 3 - 4 days. It is now 6/17 and I have no item, no credit back for the item, no response to multiple email inquires and voicemail has been left. Now when I call there is no answering machine and it is just a weird busy signal - VERY poor customer service obviously! This was a gift, they should at least respond to my inquiries about where the item is - I have now told them to cancel my order ASAP and to call me but I doubt they will have the courtesy to do so!!! Do NOT order from this website - they need to learn how to treat a new customer!!
