On August 27 I place Order ID: 200802872 with "Home Jewelry Business, LLC". The afternoon of September 3 I received the package with
an invoice, the package was missing one item, product i.D. SELLKIT1DVD How to Make Money Selling Wire Jewelry. It was indicated on the packing, by a circle around the item, that it was not packed, there was no justification given for not delivering the item, the packing slip was signed by a "Kimberly".
I immediately tried to call the company to find out if the item was backordered or if there was another reason. I tried to call 7 times that afternoon and only got a "voicemail is full" response. I also sent them an email via their website www.wire-sculpture.com.
I gave them two days to respond then atempted to call them 8 more times between September 5-11, finally I was able to leave a voicemail on 5 of those calls during regular business hours. I've also sent 6 more emails with no response received
This is a $59.97 item and they ripped me off and won't respond!
