On their website they state that you can buy a Canon HV20 Camcorder for $399.

Then they would tell you on the phone that the camera actually would come without any battery, charger, so youd have to buy a bundle package that includes ALL youd need to use the camera, included the case for $680.

When I received the "bundle package", it didnactually contain any of the promised things, no camera case, no DV cable, no tape, no memory card.

I did call the "company", and even succeeded talking to a sales representative (after 25 minutes waiting on the phone), she told me that there werent any of those things meant to be included in the offer. So those people do tell you youd receive a product and after having payed for it, they would tell you that non of the promised things were included.
Fabulous.
