TNGdirect accepted my online order for an expensive camera, confirmed order, put through the payment on Visa, and has not delivered. Order is listed as "Pending", but it is not possible to contact them.
Phone and fax have been disconnected.
We believe that they are part of TNG Systems network of companies (reported elsewhere in Ripoff) and may be in bankruptcy. However, TNGdirect is still advertising and selling online. Consumers beware!!
