I purchased a $200.00 America Online PhotoCam from AOL Shop Direct, the camera would never power up, after following all the steps required to get the camera to work, it would never even turn on. I sent several e-mails to them, talked to 3 different technicians, and finally gave up.
I sent the camera back to AOL Shop Direct, insured by the post office, with a letter to either relpace the camera or refund my money.
Neither one was ever done. Post Office told me the camera was delivered, AOL says they have not got it. Hummmmm... Now I have no camera and less $200.00
I will never purchase via internet again. This was a very expensive lesson
