TV not fixed, unable to get refound

We asked Precision Television to get our TV repaired. After $354 plus $50 plus $20 urgent fee was paid they said the TV light bulb out of stock so they said that they will be sending the light bulbs to us via FedEx. After a few days, we still have not received the shipment but FedEx said they have delivered the product to our door without signature We asked Precision Television to get our TV repaired. After $354 plus $50 plus $20 urgent fee was paid; they said the TV light bulb out of stock so they said that they will be sending the light bulbs to us via FedEx. After a few days, we still have not received the shipment but FedEx said they have delivered the product to our door without signature. We did not received the package so we called Precision Television for a refund or asked them to re-send the shipment. They claimed that they have delivered the product and have done their part so it is up to us and FedEx now. We are unable to get a refund nor have them to file claim with Fed Ex even though FedEx has mentioned that the shipper should file the claim. We paid about $400 for nothing and they have no intention to make anything better. We as a customer just wanted to have our TV repaired, we are not responsible for their delivery method.
