I bought an USB data cable from they 1/9. After 10 days, I e-mailed them to find out where exactly my order was. After another few days I e-mailed again, which I received no response.
Finally Jan. 30th I called, I stayed on hold for 20 mins. I was then greeted by a very rude customer service person. She told me that the item I ordered was on back order. Why exactly haven't I been notified before this, I asked, I e-mailed twice, nothing? She told me that she wasn't going to talk to me any more. Since I told her that it was ridicules that they don't answer e-mails! They did however refund my money. I know that they would have gave me the run around if I wouldn't have been persistent.
Do your self a favor don't buy from them. Its not worth the hassle!
