June 8, ordered four items, upon receiving confirmation email, realized that one item was entered twice. June 9, called and spoke with Liz, who assured me the correction would be made. Six working days later the packaged was shipped and the 19th of June received one item, the others on back order.

After receiving the order sent an email requesting cancellation of the back orders, to which a reply was never received. Attempted to call several times and on hold for more than 30 minutes each time decided to file a resolution dispute with Pay Pal on June 26 requesting the difference between the item received plus shipping charges and the total price paid.

Since I never was contacted by elitextreme.com after the filing of the dispute, it was necessary to escalate the claim on July 7 with Pay Pal. On July 8, received an email from Pay Pal stating the claim was closed because the merchant showed proof of shipping. What a crock, yes one item! Have closed the Pay Pal account and sent an email explaining how inefficient they are in their follow through.

Pay Pal is useless in a dispute and should also be avoided. Lesson learned: Had a simple check on the internet prior to dealing with this company would have shown others had similar problems.
