I received a $12.95 charge on my phone bill. When I called AT&T to find out what this charge was for they said they couldn't help me, that it was a 3rd party charge and I would need to get ahold of them. Well problem is I don't know how to get ahold of them. I have never heard of this company until now and I certainly did not request their service. I have no need for it. I would also like to ask how AT&T allows such charges without confirmation from the customer themselves. I say we are being ripped off by both the bogus company and AT&T for allowing charges that we did not approve.
