Projector Lamp Center - Sage Ryder Inc
Having not received the product after close to 2 months, the order was cancelled. The company credit card was charged and attempts to get a refund have been unsuccessful - even after contacting the BBB

On Dec 4 an order was placed through the website www.projectorlampcenter.com (operated by SageRyder, Inc.) for a projector lamp (Order #348045) The actual order was for a quantity of 1 - ASK Proxima C170, for a total price of $484.95 and was paid by credit card.

After not receiving anything, the order was cancelled on 1/30 - (Cancelation Order #21162)

Case complaint # 22219 was filed with Projectorlampcenter.com / SageRyder on 3/1

After much correspondence and phone calls, no credit refund has been received to date, although the company has made many promises to do so.
