Sage Ryder Inc was sending me a refund check on 12/8 I havent got it yet Atlanta Georgia

I ordered a lamp fromProjector lamp center on 5/8 order#354685 it took a while to get it so I cancelled it then after cancelling it I received it in the mail a month later. I then called and they sent me a box and they gave me a address to send it back too. I sent it back and after a couple more months I never got a refund. I called several more times and they said I sent it back to there warehouse and not the store. I finally got a email about getting a refund check on 12/8 refund# crf20246 I have not received it yet. I tried calling them many times no answer.
