I bought a surround sound system and the DVD player did not work. After running all the tests that they wanted me to run, including unplugging unit for 30 minutes so I had to disconnect call there was still no change in how the unit operated. I finally got the RA# and was told to send it in to be looked at. That was 4 months ago. I have called four times and told each time that they are sorry for the inconvenience but the product is on back order and will be in in 15 days. I should try back then. I keep calling and get the exact same excuse every time.
