Bought a Spectroniq 32 inch PLTV-3250. After a couple months is keeps changeing sources from tv to av to others and can't watch anything. Contacted customer service at 888-257-8899 after holding more then 20 minutes got someone with strong asian accent whom basiclly said change it to another plug in the house. Told her that didnt matter but she had no other phrase in her english but that. Waited a couple months to see if I could look up a schematic and finaly called back. 888 no longer a working number. Looked up on internet and found many many usacomplaints.com. Looked up parent company Protron Digital Corp. (DBA Spectroniq) their 909-354-4120 # circuits are always to busy. Completely lost every dime I had and no recourse.
They are theif's and consumer terrorist and should be dealt with accordingly.
