The first sign of trouble began when my online order, (a Motorola razr phone plus accessories) was backordered for a month. They wouldn't answer my e-mail queries, but when I finally asked them to cancel my order, informed me that it had shipped.
After receiving my new cell phone, I found that it didn't function properly. The phone would charge up, then go dead in about 10 minutes, or not charge up at all and merely display a black screen.in essence I had a worthless cell phone.
Any attempts to call the company were met with a recording stating that they weren't taking customer calls, and that I must e-mail them. I e-mailed them several times requesting a refund, to no avail.in frustration I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but don't really expect any action. The ending to this story? I have been ripped-off to the tune of
