I order a cell phone face plate in January. My credit card was charged the day after I placed the order. I noticed on my bank statement and tried to call, but they don't answer the phone they just leave a message to e-mail them. I e-mailed and got a reply 3 days later that my order was on backorder. I waited another week and still no faceplate, so wrote and ask why they sold products they didn't have in stock and went ahead and charged your credit card. Said I wanted a refund. The reply I received said I quote 'no refunds read the fine print ass hole.
