Delayed shipping, asked for refund, was lied to regularly about credit timeframe

I bought a Canon LSV-3 projector lamp with housing from this company on either the 23rd or 24th of March. I was debited the $285 $14.99 S&H on the 24th. I selected two-day shipping, because the availability listed 1-2 day shipping on the product.

I lost my job shortly thereafter and decided that this was an expenditure I could not afford, so a few weeks after with the product STILL unshipped I requested a return. I was to get the full amount paid back but was not given any time frame. The second time I called to see when it would be sent back I was told that it would take 7-10 business days. After that had passed I called again and was told it would take 30 days, but due to my particular circumstances it would be bumped up to that day or the next, which was Wednesday the 23rd or Thursday the 24th. Of course, that did not happen.

I have called now three times more since then, the 23rd. Each time I was told it would be the next day. After having been told my credit was right around the corner every single time I've called and having been told my time frame was getting pushed up even I am not very willing to trust this company anymore. I am now at the point where I desperately need this money for rent and have expressed this on the phone as nicely as I can.

I am at the point now where though I am willing to give them another day to credit my account, I am going to contact both the BBB and the the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center if I am not refunded the money as told to me by the CSRs. Their BBB report is not so good, especially the part that says that 53 complaints haven't even been dealt with. There are a few other measures that consumerist suggests that I am willing to take.

While I am still under the 30 days that one CSR told me it'd take (I really do not know at all whose information I should trust) I was told multiple times it would happen well before then and have thus been essentially lied to each time. I'd like to believe this one will not be a lie like the other times, and I'm not willing to wait any longer on this issue.
