Camera has chronic lens problem and does not close, has happened since new.
First time serviced - lens repaired
Second time serviced - lens repaired
Third time serviced - refused service because they could not recreate problem
Fourth time serviced - Came back when lens was stuck. First they couldn't find any of my previous repairs (go figure). Then they said they would not repair lens because of wear and tear on camera, even though the lens was never repaired properly from the start. Now Best Buy says remainder of warranty is voided.
