Impossible to Contact

I have been battling with these fools for over a month. Basically it's the same story as everyone else here. I tried the email address that someone else posted: orderchange at cellular-blowout dot com and this is what I got:

Love that "Valued Customer" thing... Anyway, I went to the website for the parent company, Wildcat Communications, and was pleased to find that there was a toll free number. So, in my desparation to find someone to actually talk to, I called. I was AMAZED to find that in order to complete the call, I had to join some service and pay $4.99 per call. I didn't fully understand it and I had never heard of anything like that before.

So I went back to calling 818-889-1789 and instead of trying ext 201 to talk to Armand (who I really dont think actually exists) I just started punching in extention numbers. I went to 200,202, and finally I got to extention 203... The office of the president of this amateur company, Mr Bleeden. I left a message and am still waiting...
