I requested and taken care of a Wii Pack, additional storage and further control in mid February. Five nights later, my order position was 'may deliver', middle-March with no Wii!!! I am currently out $500.00 and never happy about this. I acquired exactly the same runaround everyone who documented them has gotten. They do not answer their emails, do not answer their telephones, no response to faxes and do not deliver their products. I've documented them towards the BBB also to the Division of Consumer Affairs and also to the FBI.
