I received my phone and right away I noticed it looked beat up like a refurbished phone. Tried to charge and message read "unable to charge" on screen. Phone will not charge. Tried several times to contact Cellular-Blowout/Wildcat Communications by phone then email but no response. Requested refund or customer service or SOMETHING. Their website says that they will fix a phone or replace with new if it is not repairable. They claim 100% satisfaction guarantee. I guess it is easy to say "We've had no complaints" when they refuse to answer the phone or check their computer for messages.
