I need support to file a class action lawsuit please contact me!

The horror stories are true with this company. First off I will go into detail about my horrific situation later but most important is I have seen numorous offences by this company. I am starting a class action lawsuit and I need the support of any and everyone that has had issues with CyberPower. Please contact or leave a rebutle with me and i will continue to press this forward.

Now for my aweful story. I received my computer about nine months ago. When it arrived it seemed to be built with very low standards missing little parts like dials and antennas. It worked fine for the first 30 days or so. Then out of no where my hard drive crashed. I work for a 3d animation studio so this was very devastating setting me back alot. It took several days to finally get ahold of tech support and get a replacement hard drive mailed to me. After installing the new hard drive the system was back up and running for about a week when the graphics card completely burned out. I shipped the system in for repair this time costing me nearly $80.00.

The system arrived to me about a month later. I opened it up excited to finally have it back but was horribly taken back when I opened it up to find out it was physically smashed into bits. The case was bent, components were hanging out and the wireless antenna was ripped clean off. I called customer service and they told me it must have happened in shipping but there was no damage to the box. Then they checked the notes and it said that it had arrived to them with shipping damage.instead of calling me to see if i wanted anything fixed or had the package insured they sent it back to me in peices after fising the graphics card.

At this point i was not to happy I aksed if i could talk to a manager. A man came on the phone and refused to tell me his name. I tried to explain the situation and ask the man very politely that I would like to send the computer back in and I didn't want it back tell everything was working. I have never been treated so badly before. This man would not let me finish what I was trying to say and kept cutting me off saying he already did all he could and if I don't have anything different to tell him he was going to hang up on me. Any time I tried to say anything he would yell in the phone that he knows the problem and thats all he could fix. I was trying to ask him if he could personally oversee that this isue is resolved and in a timely and correct manner. Then to my dismay he called me a 5 year old and said i was acting like a five year old baby and that i criend to much. Then click he hung up the phone.

So I did some research to find out who the ceo or cfo or any higher ups were. I found after some research there was a list of names supposedly higher up. I wanted to talk to anyone of them and tell them how aweful their managers were treating customers. But as in several others reports I found online when you try to find these people you get nothing but the run around. I had answers like they don't work there or that customers aren't allowed to talk to them or that not any of them were in. I was told the last one several times. I find it hard to beleive that out of five names i found that not a single one of them were in for an entire week.

So durning this whole time I should also mention it took me at least an hour or two to actually get ahold of someone. Any message or email i left was NEVER returned.

So I had to reship my computer again paying fees again to get it fixed for the shipping damage. After getting it back about another month later it looked ok but after using it for a couple days i relized some of my software didn't work because they had installed th wrong os so i had to reformat my hardrive again. After doing so i thought all would be over. Ohhh no no was i wrong.

So now my graphics card starts failing again. So i called and they shipped a new one. Two weeks later it arrives by the time i plug it in it instantly burns out. Come to find out it wasn't the graphics card that was bad it was the whole mother board. So now I call and the say to ship the whole thing in and they will do a complete rebuild of my computer. I thought this would be could but i specifically said do not replace the hard drive there is way to much important information on it.

So after about 5 days or so I called customer service to make sure it arrived and they had my hard drive. The man on the other line said it had just arrived but he had no notes about saving the hard drive but he would personally go down and make sure that they saved the hard drive. I was really worried at this point seeing that the first guy promised that he would have in bold print in the notes to save the hard drive. Well take a guess what happens its now another month later and i just received my computer back with a brand new hard drive.

I was really upset that the hard drive was replaced because I once again lost all of my work. Luckily i was smart enough this time to back up the majority of it. Well now that i got my new computer again i was thinking finally it might work. Well to no surprise when i got it i am missing fans and atennas and dials. Not to big a deal they can always ship me that but the sound doesn't work at all with my brand new system. Not only that but half the time I try to start up I get a blue screen of death saying my bios needs to be updated and sometimes it says my boot manager is missing. So I called tech support tonight to find out that they once again are going to have to do another rebuild which will take another month, but i cant get a confirmation until during the day because the night people dont have th athority to authorize that. So now it will take me a few days to actually get ahold of a day person.By the time i get this back again i will be pushing my year warranty on parts and will start having to pay for replacements even though my computer has basically never worked and i just received a completely new one.

I have asked several times for a refund being told its not allowed after 30 days even though my system has been broken the whole time. This system cost me over $2000.00 and for that amount should not be having issue after issue unless they are not using the quality of parts they claim to be using. I do beleive they are using after market parts and posing them as higher end hardware. This is the only reasonable explination why I and several other people have had many many many issues with the quality of the hardware.

This is beyond a buyer beware this is a complete rippoff and a complete scam. That is why I am looking to find people and a motivated lawyer to start a class action lawsuit. I have seen complaint after complaint after complaint of the same problems i have had all over the internet. SO QUIT PUTTING UP WITH IT and lets put this terrible buissness out of buissness. I need your help this needs to go beyond me taking them to small claims to get a refund this company needs to refund everyone and be shut down for good!!! Please contact me and help me do this.
