These folks are great when they are selling but if you have any problems after the sale, forget it. We were assured that an EVDO modem would provide wireless internet access in our area but there was none. We were sold a modem, then a booster, then an antenna, etc. When we gave up and began the process of canceling service and returning equipment (within the advertised 30-day period), the EVDOinfo folks disappeared. We got incomplete information about returns that resulted in not getting credited for $300 worth of equipment.
