I returned the device after receiving authorization to do so. They received the device on March 5th. Since then I have heard nothing, nor can I get and e-mail address or contact phone number.
When I talk to the agents on their Chat page, I cannot get a ticket number, or any information on the status of my refund. It is impossible to obtain any contact information on these people.
I have read at other sites on the internet that many others are having the same problem. I am on disability, and cannot afford to throw $39.95 away or have it stolen from me. I hope there is help available.
