After receiving my new Majic Jack plus, I enjoyed 3 1/2 days of phone service. When the device failed, I went to the Majic Jack web site and connected with their "live chat" staff. Not only was the staff unable to resolve the problem, they refuse to acknowledge that their device might be defective. Further, they refuse to replace it or to allow me to speak with a senior supervisor. No matter what I say to them, their response is always circular - it isn't possible to have an intelligent discussion with them. One agent abruptly terminated the chat and blocked me from connecting to the chat help line.
In summary, I would suggest that you NOT buy anything from majic jack unless you are willing to simply throw it out when it fails. You will not obtain service from their support staff.
