I purchased a TV on 11/30 and since that time I had nothing but service problems with it. I had my DirecTV services changed, to make sure it was nothing with their products. I have a 52in. LCD TV that has color lines going thru the picture, I have stuck pixles and at times I get no sound when I turn the TV on and when I reported all these problems they said the volume problem and the TV not holding it's memory was all normal. Every time I called the store to tell them about my problems, they never wanted to come back out. They were rude to me and even put me on hold to talk to the manager for so long I had to hang up. Do not buy from Ed's T.V. OR buy any Mitsubishi T.V.'s. I was robbed for $4100.
