When I signed up with this company the sales guy at Eastchase was very nice and took care of my phone switching over from NEXTEL (thats another horror from hell) 4 months later the billing is messed up. I have to beg these fu*s to send me a bill. And when it comes has threats of service cut off and a late charge.
Does no good to call because all you get on the phone is a bunch of f* indians that cannot talk good english nor do they understand the problem. Once again service ends after the sale as with so many other things these days. I have contacted the FCC with no replies. Nobody gives a f* about anything anymore. No help from local law enforcment, DA office, FCC or anyone.
