Hello I bought an xbox 360 from Gamestop on 1/11/08 brought it home and played the system for exaclty two months. Last night the xbox 360 broke in which the drive wasn't readimg any disc happens alot with 360.
Well i still have the reciept and called gamestop today and they said that they cant help mebecause you have only a 7 day warranty from gamestop.
I believe this is flalse under the Il laws for returns i believe you are allowed up to 90 days and anyways since they are the dist. They are obligated to render some service to customers that experience this problem.
What really is hard is that i have a Halo 3 tournament coming up that is 50,000.00 first place and now i will not be able to compete.
If you can do anything to help please do so thousands of people are experiencing this problem and getting tken advantage of.
If i am able to create a lawsuit please let me know.
