A&E was named to correct a KitchenAid stove and stove device that ceased operating. They're suggested for support by KitchenAid on the site. The specialist stated I required a brand new control panel. He requested one (which charge $600), it arrived (designated "restored") and he quickly mounted it and also the stove and stove device worked again. He also requested for that aged control panel back. Used to do not provide it to him. I expected him that which was wrong using the previous control panel. He explained the fuse blew. No surprise the organization desired the previous panel back. It'd charge them about $1 to repair my aged handle panel and market it for $600 to another operator of this type of device. I requested A&E to deliver me all paper-work concerning this fix. Under "specialist's comments" was a declaration the blend was "available."
I paid $600 to get a blend! This seems unconscionable in my experience and that I would likely be skeptical of actually by using this organization again to "restore" some of my devices.
