Broadway Photo LLC with many aliases. Classic bait and switch. You place the order, they e-Mail you to call and confirm your order details, they try to sell you warranty, batteries etc. When you decline they say they will ship it right out, then the order is on backorder... Even though it still shows as available on their Web page. Of course you never get your order, or charge too much on your credit card.
If someone can give me bank account information on them from your canceled check or money order, I will sue them. No point in suing if you can't attach their assets.
What surprised me is the volume of complaint from all sorts of sources, and yet when you search on the Web for a product, and get to the page lowpricedigital.com and see "Best Value", "Customer Trust Award"... Yea right.
I will contact the NY Attorney General to find out why these guys have not been put out of business or forced to stop their illegal practices. Just don't understand why nothing appears to have stopped them, they have been in business for years.
If you can't close the business, bring shame to their family.
