After placing my order on 1/13 for a GPS system, and paying for express shipping so that it was supposed to arrive on 1/15, i received an email on 1/15 telling me to call them to complete my order - which is where the guy managed to sell me a warranty package - and told me it would be shipped THAT day. Then, I received a call from ANOTHER lady - who was extremely rude and even CUSSED me-and hung up on me!
I called back and spoke to a manager - who was very apologetic and told me that he was going to send my order OVERNIGHT (on 1/15). I received an EMAIL (not my GPS) on 1/17 with a fedex tracking number, which was not even a valid number - saying it was shipped that day.
It is now 1/24 and I still have not received this order - even though they charged my credit card $747.00 on 1/17.
