I bought the 42" Spectronic tv and it included a upgrade dvd player. I used it three times and after about three months it quit. Lights come on and it says load but you cannot put a disc in, it does not load. Called company and could not find anyone who spoke English and when he did he said to take it to a repair company and hung up. This out source business is so bad I will not deal with companies who do not have customer service in the US or at least a English speaking comany.
