Spectronic / proton custermer service was lacking in its delivery of troubleshooting my request for the removal of the stand from its 42' Protron TV. I asked for directions on its removal which was not in its manual. I've had the tv for 3 months and no technican is able to remove the stand, Also their 20' TV has been returned for a second time because the (SAP) second audio program is in spanish ans several of the mail networks has no audio. I am still awaiting the 20" TV replacement for one what all the channels analog and digital will have sound.
